We want you to be pleased with your purchase with us. In case you wish to return your unused item, you may do so by following the steps bellow:

15 DAYS from order date for Domestic USA orders
30 DAYS from order date for International orders
If within the designated deadline above you wish to return your unused, unworn, clean* and still with tags attached item, you may do so by contacting our team at email@example.com providing:
- Your invoice number
- Item(s) and size(s) being returned
- Reason you wish to return.
WHAT WILL WE DO NEXT:
We will reply to your email within 2 business days to inform you if we accept your return request. Once we receive the item and verify that it meets our requirements of "unused, unworn, clean* and still with tags", we will refund you the item's value. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Returning shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
IMPORTANT - NO EXCEPTIONS:
- SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
- CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING SHIPPING CHARGES
- CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFELY TRACKING THEIR RETURN**
- DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED (SALES/COUPONS)
- DUE TO HYGIENIC PURPOSES EARRINGS WILL BE FINAL SALE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS
- CANCELLATION OF ORDER CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER SHIPMENT
- RETURNS PAST THE 15/30 DAY RETURN POLICY OR THAT DO NOT MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS* WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
*We expect the returning items to arrive in the same condition we sent them: free of any damages, stains, smells and pet hair (known allergen). If we are not able to safely resell the item we will notify you by email that your return request does not meet our requirements and is not accepted.
**Louni Boutique will not track returning items. If you are shipping an item over $50, we advise you consider purchasing shipping insurance. Louni Boutique is not responsible for lost returning items during shipment.
